Shipping

We use USPS shipping. Shipping is FREE if your order is over $100. Items are processed and shipped out within 3-5 BUSINESS days (Monday-Friday). After a  order has shipped it can take 2-5 business days to be delivered. Florida residents may receive their package in one business day. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as there may be delays due to the holidays, and or bad weather. Domestic orders above $150 will be sent with signature confirmation automatically for security purposes. Shipping times are NOT included in the processing time. If you need your item to ship sooner then add the VIP Rush Service to your cart. Just to repeat and be clear just because you choose a faster shipping method at checkout DOES NOT mean your order will skip the current processing times. The only way to BYPASS current processing times is to add VIP Rush Service to your order.

Tracking Information

The customer will receive tracking information via email when the label is created, tracking information is not available right at the moment of purchase and takes 1-3 days or sooner for the customer to receive it. 

Lost/Stolen Packages

Obsessed With Graphic Tees is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
